Non-Surgical Chin Augmentation can last up to a year. The results are reversible if you are not pleased with your outcomes. After the results become less noticeable, the patient can receive another round of injections to regain the desired definition.
Final results appear within a few weeks of treatment. Results are instantly noticeable post-procedure. However, swelling will naturally occur.
After Non-Surgical Chin Augmentation, avoid scratching, picking, or itching the injection site. Do not be near intense heat. Avoid drinking alcohol for two days post-treatment. Do not sleep on your face. Avoid getting a massage, facial, or microdermabrasion for two weeks post-treatment. These activities involve pressure which can cause migration of the dermal filler.
Swelling does occur within 24 to 48 hours post-treatment. Swelling may affect your smile. However, the swelling should subside within a week.
