What is a Non-Surgical Facelift?
A non-surgical facelift is a combination of procedures utilized in the appropriate patient to achieve a refreshed, uplifted look. The plan includes use of multiple modalities including, Botox and/or Dysport, dermal filler (Juvederm, Restalyne, etc), Dermapen microneedling, and Pelleve radiofrequency skin tightening.
Who is a good candidate?
The patient with moderate signs of aging, moderate skin aging, and moderate midface droop are good candidates for non-surgical facelift procedures. It is important to go to a board certified plastic surgeon who can tell you if you are a good candidate or if you would be better served with a surgical facelift.
How to prepare for a non-surgical facelift?
Decrease use of blood thinners such as aspirin, red wine, herbal medications or teas, and high-dose vitamins. This will lower your risk of bruising and swelling during the injectables portion of the procedure. Also, tell us if you are pregnant or breast feeding so that we may delay the procedure.
Individual Prevelle Silk results will vary from patient to patient, so a one-on-one consultation can give you a better understanding of the type of results you can expect following a treatment.
